WHS Distribution Inc. does not process online payments through the website.

Payment terms, including invoicing, due dates, and accepted payment methods, will be communicated separately upon order approval.

Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or legal collection action.

5. Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is provided prior to order confirmation.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping arrangements will be confirmed after order approval.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, supply chain disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Claims

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within five (5) business days of delivery.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.
