Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all confirmed sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. Supporting documentation may be required.

Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from WHS Distribution Inc.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
